Do I need two different apps?
Yes, one for each product. The Durlabh Darshan app runs the VR darshans, 3D Theatre and Abhishek - you unlock it by scanning the QR code that comes in your kit. The Shubh Darshan app runs the AR Manas Puja on your frame - it is free with the frame, with no subscription and no time limit. Neither app depends on the other.
Which phones does this work on?
iPhone 6 or newer on iOS 12+. Android 8.0 or higher with at least 4GB RAM - 6GB recommended for smooth 3D playback. Most phones launched after 2018 are compatible. Video quality varies with your phone's processor and screen.
Does the frame need power, batteries or Wi-Fi?
No power or batteries. The frame works purely through your phone's camera. An internet connection is needed to load the AR puja and fetch that day's darshan.
Do I need internet for the VR darshans?
HD streaming works on Wi-Fi, 4G or 5G. You can also download any darshan once and watch it offline later.
How long is the subscription valid?
Your Durlabh Darshan app subscription runs from the date you scan and activate the QR code in your kit, for the term of the variant you select, and can be renewed in-app afterwards. The AR frame carries no subscription at all - the Shubh Darshan app stays free for as long as you have the frame.
