Thank you for shopping with Shubh Darshan by TechXR Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligible Returns & Replacements

Returns & Replacement requests are accepted only if you received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered) or a defective/damaged product (manufacturing defect or shipping damage).

Returns and Replacement requests are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size/variant selected by the customer, used or altered products, sealed spiritual items (Rudraksha, Karungali) opened without defect, customized orders, or digital products.

For any eligible return, you may choose either a refund or a replacement of the same item see “Exchanges & Replacements” below.

Return Window

Shipping Fee

A flat fee of ₹100 per item is deducted from refunds to cover return shipping. Replacements are free no shipping fee is charged on a replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

Order ID or confirmation screenshot
Clear photos showing the issue (incorrect item or defect/damage)
Photo of packaging (for shipping damage)
Unboxing video mandatory. A single, continuous, unedited video that begins before the outer packaging is opened, clearly shows the sealed parcel from all sides, the full opening process, and the product inside without any cuts or pauses. Return requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.

Return, Refund & Replacement Process

Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days.
If approved, Shubh Darshan arranges reverse pickup from your address.
Returned product is inspected at our warehouse.
Once inspection is cleared, you receive your chosen resolution:
- Refund: Processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received back, minus the ₹100 shipping fee.
- Replacement: The same item is dispatched at no extra cost (no ₹100 fee). A replacement is for the identical item only it cannot be swapped for a different product, variant, model, or deity.

If the same item is out of stock or unavailable, a full refund is issued with no shipping fee deducted.

Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method. COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (account holder name, account number, IFSC required) or store credit.

Exchanges & Replacements

Replacements are available for eligible returns i.e. items that are damaged/defective or different from what was ordered. Only the same item will be replaced; it cannot be replaced with a different product, variant, model, or deity. No shipping fee is charged on a replacement.

For any eligible return you may choose either a refund (₹100 shipping fee applies) or a replacement of the same item (free). If the same item is unavailable, a full refund is issued with no fee.

Order Cancellation

Before dispatch (no tracking ID): Can be cancelled with full refund.
After dispatch (tracking ID assigned): Cannot be cancelled. Wait for delivery and return if eligible.
COD orders (after dispatch): You may refuse delivery for automatic return.
