Thank you for shopping with Shubh Darshan by TechXR Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligible Returns & Replacements

Returns & Replacement requests are acceptedΒ onlyΒ if you received anΒ incorrect itemΒ (different from what you ordered) or aΒ defective/damaged productΒ (manufacturing defect or shipping damage).

Returns and Replacement requests areΒ not acceptedΒ for change of mind, wrong size/variant selected by the customer, used or altered products, sealed spiritual items (Rudraksha, Karungali) opened without defect, customized orders, or digital products.

For any eligible return, you may choose either aΒ refundΒ or aΒ replacement of the same item see β€œExchanges & Replacements” below.

Contact us withinΒ 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

Shipping Fee

A flat fee ofΒ β‚Ή100 per itemΒ is deducted from refunds to cover return shipping. Replacements are free no shipping fee is charged on a replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us viaΒ WhatsApp (+919039089365)Β orΒ Email (info@shubhdarshanapp.com)Β with:

  • Order ID or confirmation screenshot
  • Clear photos showing the issue (incorrect item or defect/damage)
  • Photo of packaging (for shipping damage)
  • Unboxing video mandatory.Β A single, continuous, unedited video that beginsΒ beforeΒ the outer packaging is opened, clearly shows the sealed parcel from all sides, the full opening process, and the product inside without any cuts or pauses. Return requests submittedΒ without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.

Return, Refund & Replacement Process

  1. Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days.
  2. If approved,Β Shubh Darshan arranges reverse pickupΒ from your address.
  3. Returned product is inspected at our warehouse.
  4. Once inspection is cleared, you receive your chosen resolution:
    • Refund:Β Processed withinΒ 5–7 business daysΒ after the product is received back, minus the β‚Ή100 shipping fee.
    • Replacement:Β TheΒ same itemΒ is dispatched at no extra cost (no β‚Ή100 fee). A replacement is for the identical item only it cannot be swapped for a different product, variant, model, or deity.

If the same item is out of stock or unavailable, aΒ full refundΒ is issued with no shipping fee deducted.

Prepaid orders:Β Refund to original payment method.Β COD orders:Β Refund via bank transfer (account holder name, account number, IFSC required) or store credit.

Exchanges & Replacements

Replacements are available for eligible returns i.e. items that areΒ damaged/defectiveΒ orΒ different from what was ordered. Only theΒ same itemΒ will be replaced; it cannot be replaced with a different product, variant, model, or deity. No shipping fee is charged on a replacement.

For any eligible return you may choose either aΒ refundΒ (β‚Ή100 shipping fee applies) or aΒ replacement of the same itemΒ (free). If the same item is unavailable, a full refund is issued with no fee.

Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatchΒ (no tracking ID): Can be cancelled with full refund.
  • After dispatchΒ (tracking ID assigned): Cannot be cancelled. Wait for delivery and return if eligible.
  • COD ordersΒ (after dispatch): You may refuse delivery for automatic return.
