Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Shubh Darshan by TechXR Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if you received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered) or a defective/damaged product (manufacturing defect or shipping damage).

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size/variant selected by the customer, used or altered products, sealed spiritual items (Rudraksha, Karungali) opened without defect, customized orders, or digital products.

Return Window

Shipping Fee

A flat fee of ₹100 per item is deducted from all refunds to cover return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

Order ID or confirmation screenshot
Clear photos showing the issue (incorrect item or defect/damage)
Photo of packaging (for shipping damage)
Unboxing video — mandatory. A single, continuous, unedited video that begins before the outer packaging is opened, clearly shows the sealed parcel from all sides, the full opening process, and the product inside without any cuts or pauses. Return requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.

Return & Refund Process

Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days.
If approved, Shubh Darshan arranges reverse pickup from your address.
Returned product is inspected at our warehouse.
Refund (minus ₹100 shipping fee) is processed within 5–7 business days after product is received back.

Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method. COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (account holder name, account number, IFSC required) or store credit.

Exchanges & Replacements

Direct exchanges are not available. Eligible returns are processed as a refund (₹100 shipping fee applies), after which you may place a fresh order on shubhdarshanapp.com.

Order Cancellation

Before dispatch (no tracking ID): Can be cancelled with full refund.
After dispatch (tracking ID assigned): Cannot be cancelled. Wait for delivery and return if eligible.
COD orders (after dispatch): You may refuse delivery for automatic return.
